Lu, Aishling and Iseult were so attentive and accommodating. They had everything so seamlessly organised, from refreshments on arrival to an absolutely delicious lunch - everything was homemade tasty and wholesome. We finished up with Indigo dyeing with Iseult which was a great hit. Altogether a great day out and a reset for the mind & body.

“Each peak pose explores the subtleties of technique but also reflects a special time of year. As with seasonal cooking, I like to celebrate the changing energies of nature and its seasons.” Lu
